“If you want to know what set me free, it was Life Works: the workshops, the Gathering, the Guidess training and continuing the process of exploring and transformation.  Now I am many things that I wanted to be and able to give of myself more fully. Being a Guidess is a great honor: to be trusted by another individual to provide a safe space to explore and discover what is authentic for her or for him. This is a journey with a heart.”

She is a professional actor and spiritual storyteller who has performed around the country to people of all ages and backgrounds.  But she hasn’t found this to be a linear career. After earning a BFA in painting, she spent a few years acting then worked on the editorial staff of children’s books. But she was too timid to write books when encouraged to. She dared herself back into theater, singing and acting, but after seven years she left and created “Yoga at Noon” which brought yoga to thousands of “working stiffs” at over fifty New York City companies when yoga was still a foreign word.

Now remarried, Carole has tied up all the pieces. She teaches yoga locally, is a Life Works Guidess and acts and tells.  She teaches voice and movement for storytellers in her husband’s Jewish Spirit Maggid Training Program.
