Life Works helps women make their dreams come true…

In the heart of Greenwich Village in downtown Manhattan, Marilyn Graman and Maureen Walsh and their staff invite you to learn and practice the art of creating and living a fulfilling, meaningful life. They offer a place where you can explore who you are meant to be.

The curriculum at Life Works focuses on the basics — relationships, career and having more power in your life, in weekly support groups as well as weekend courses and longer retreats and intensives. Underlying all the courses is the conviction that with time, attention and support, it is possible to unburden your life of the things that haven't been working, while bringing in the things that will give your life more joy, ease and satisfaction. Through Life Works courses, bright, vibrant, successful people like you are finding a way to more fully expressing themselves and their own unique nature.

The New York Times reports: Sunday, March 5, 2000:

Ms. Graman said the women in her course must first be happy with themselves and she lives by the motto "the rose is itself and the bee comes . She does not advise women to change themselves or to deceive men. We re learning how powerful it can be to be soft and tender. And contrary to popular perception Manhattan is teeming with men who are eager to tie the knot.

"They re not the enemy," she said. "I see a lot of men in business suits who are longing for a wife, for someone by their side. When the house is empty, they feel lonely. That s why I have no doubt that I can help a woman find a man, because I know there are men out there who want to find her."
